week 3 of the ordinary

October 12, 2015

I didn’t realize that when I decided to do a 365 beginning mid September this year that my theme would be and continue to be the ordinary.  Five years ago I did my very first 365 but I didn’t do it alone.  I had a friend.  We called our daily photograph a moment.  And this time around I decided to go back to my roots in a sense.  The ordinary has always been extraordinary for me.  I don’t get out much.  I work Monday through Friday every day at the same place since I was just 21, we have lived in our same home for 17 years now and it was supposed to be the 5 year plan.  So I suppose what I’m trying to explain is….my photographs are taken of my every day ordinary life.  People who matter, things in my home that I walk past day in and day out but deserve to be noticed.  And so the ordinary 365 began.  My plan although I will not be too hard on myself is to review my ordinary once a week here in this space but I share my ordinary daily via flickr, FB and IG.  Below are days 15-21 of the ordinary.

I want to thank you for stopping by. I appreciate you taking an interest in what I share here in this space.  I know you are very busy so it means even more when you take a moment of your time to spend it here.  I'm very grateful. I have been spending more time on You Tube and if you would like to visit there, I would love to see you.
