MADE: Time to write letters, cards and notes.
COOKED: A really hearty veggie soup that lasted for days on end!! Added avocado and cilantro as a topper and it made for a lot of good lunches.
DRANK: the regular, water, coffee in the morning, red wine in the evening sleepy tea at night

ENJOYED: a small group of Abbie’s friends for a fun Friday after school, The girls have a way of bringing such joy into a home
WONDERED: how long it will take for my scars to heal
WORKED ON: finding stories and beauty in the ordinary every single day
STARTED: on my path to recovery
WATCHED: Dylan perform at his first school concert
HOPED: bad things didn’t have to happen
NEEDED: be an example for my littlest and only girl
SMELLED: the tiny cinnamon broom we picked up at Traders, a pine candle (thank you Sarah) and all the smell that get us ready for the holiday, even boiled some apples and cinnamon.
WORE: my girls blue and hot pink running shoes
NOTICED: a few more hearts than normal, I think God knows I needed them
KNEW: I needed to change a very bad habit
THOUGHT: it would be a good idea to do things different then I normally do, because what I normally do doesn’t change anything.
ADMIRED: My littlest and only girl for sometimes being even more grown up than me, she has been telling me a lot lately to “just let it go”
SORTED: lots of loose thoughts
BOUGHT: a big gigantic new paper star lamp for the dining room table light from IKEA, you can’t beat a $12.00 light that looks totally amazing.
FINALLY: the switch was flipped
DISLIKED: the sadness I have witnessed
FELT: like I have a new chapter to begin
FOLLOWING: a blogroll I was asked to join and have met so many new amazing women of faith
SNACKED: more sugary snacks since I figured out sugar is not enemy as I suspected
LISTENED: intently to my life coach which lead to reflection, which lead to action, which has lead to a feeling of freedom which has changed my life dramatically in one month.
DISCOVERED: that admitting my struggles has changed my life.
