happy mothers day

May 11, 2015

I have not put any new stuff on my blog since last week.  Sometimes I let myself get carried away with just living life.  However I did want to share just a few photo’s of my weekend.  I hope all my Mom friends had a great Mothers Day.  May is a month where I get totally spoiled.  It’s my birthday, Mothers Day and our Wedding Anniversary.  I love May, what can I say!  In fact I have a short week and I'm counting down my days to Big Sur with my favorite guy.  I went off my plan and used the Polaroid for a picture with my three gifts, I don’t regret it, it’s the best picture so far that has been taken with the thrifted Polaroid Impulse SE.  I’m hoping to get a really nice 11:00 hours shot while up in Big Sur and I have plans to make a special 22 year wedding anniversary video of our time up north.

Rich said this photo looks like it's from 1961!  Dylan asked...why so dark?  I'm just happy it got a full image of us...I think the entire point of the poloroid is to achieve the vintage feel.

I packaged seeds for all who requested them.  They will go off in today, mail:) And above if you click on the images you can see the process of how the seeds got all packaged up.

I bought a new/old mirror to hang in the back yard.  It was at a yard sale on my very own block.

I have had fun watching my garden slowly grow.  These are the seeds from Italy.  The tomatoes don't seem to be taking but the melon and zucchini will be just fine.

My volenteer tomatoes taste just like candy and are already bursting with tomatoes.

I want to thank you for stopping by. I appreciate you taking an interest in what I share here in this space.  I know you are very busy so it means even more when you take a moment of your time to spend it here.  I'm very grateful. I have been spending more time on You Tube and if you would like to visit there, I would love to see you.
