It was not perfect however we did take some strides in the right direction.  Monday we got a new baby human in the family, her name is Juliette Rose and she is so precious.  She is a week old today!  Last Monday feels so far away, we spent the day at the hospital since the weeee hours.  We made good choices though, splitting meal with my mom and taking steps whenever possible. 

Abbie and I went on a few good walks, some really great swims and all in all it was a good week.  I ate sweets, plenty of them but I moved and did things I love most especially the swimming part.  When Abbie and I went on our walks she wanted to shave off time and we did.  I don’t really like the power walks very much, I get all sweaty and red but I do love the reward of swimming when we finish up.  Motorcycle man was gracious enough to shoot a few pictures of me and Abbie in the pool yesterday.  I think I could live in the water like a mermaid.  I’m at such peace there.
